About
Performance Car Prints uses advanced additive manufacturing to enhance and restore performance, classic and modern classic cars. We revive obsolete components, re-engineer complex parts and create refined upgrades.
Our parts fit cars from Ferrari and Aston Martin to BMW, Audi, Land Rover and Saab. Every part is redesigned from scratch, often starting from a 3D scan, then printed in FDM, SLA or SLS and finished to order. We're based in the UK and ship worldwide.

We start from the car: the original part and the space it fits into.
Redesigned in CAD
Every part is modelled from scratch to fit properly.
3D printed
In FDM, SLA or SLS, whichever suits the part, then finished to order.
Finishes
Raw plastic
A plain matte black, straight from the printer.
Matte black
Painted matte black with a fine texture.
Soft-touch
A smooth, matte rubberised coating, like the trim in many car interiors.
Black flocking
A soft velvet coating in deep black.
Anthracite flocking
The same velvet coating in a softer dark grey.

Ferrari F40 HVAC panel
The HVAC panel was custom designed for an F40 project to replace the original: a base plate, two square mounting plates and two dials, made to match the factory style. The parts were finished in a soft-touch coating, with the original designs lasered onto the HVAC dials.
